OUR HISTORY
Tarboush was established in 1985. The company pioneered in oriental food with the introduction of the specially made Fattah dishes. When market research indicated that a quick meal that is enjoyable and delight would be welcomed by consumers Tarboush focused on adding in a full grill line to the menu, and by 1987 one-fourth of all meals eaten in Alexandria was at Tarboush restaurants.
Tamer (Owner Of Tarboush) was a firm believer in giving “something back into the community where you do business”.
There was some skepticism in the company’s phenomenal growth. But that wasn’t to stop the restaurant from serving more and more options to satisfy their customers.
